the sealed packets in which food items such as chips are sold are usually filled with nitrogen.Why do u think that helps???

Foods containing fats or oils are generally packed in nitrogen gas since it is an unreactive gas and the chips could be preserved for long without any rancidity....

here your answer plz.
the chips are oily food which is easily get effected with rancidity so we filled nitrogen gas which work as preserver for chips and help to stay good for a long time.
