Let gain in each article be Rupees X and C.P be y of each article

So S. P = C. P + gain = x + y

S.P of 5 articles = 5 ( x + y)

C.P of 6 articles = 6 y

Given,

5 ( x + y) = 6x

5x + 5y = 6y

5x = 6y - y

x = y / 5

So gain = C.P / 5

Gain % = Gain * 100 / C. P

Gain % = y * 100 / 5 * y

Gain % = 20%
