The real price of the chair is RS 4,250.

the shop keeper has sold it at a loss of 15%.

So 15% of 4,250 =

4,250× 15/100 = 510

4,250 - 510 = 3,740

Thus he has to sold it in the price of 3,740 at a loss of 15%.
