Let CP be cost price, SP be selling price and P be the profit,

SP= 4/3 CP
SP= CP+ (P/100)* CP
4/3 CP = CP+ (P/100)* CP
4/3CP - CP = (P/100)* CP
4/3 CP - 3/3 CP = (P/100)* CP
1/3 CP= (P/100)* CP
100/3 CP= P * CP
(33.33 CP)/ CP = P
33.33 = P
Therefore the profit percent is 33.33%
