The value of resistor by colour

We need to calculate the ratio of the resistors

\dfrac{R_{1}}{R_{2}}=\dfrac{15\times10^{6}}{30\times10^{5}}

\dfrac{R_{1}}{R_{2}}=\dfrac{5}{1}
