The first free ruler of this dynasty was Sibskanda Barman and the most powerful ruler was Narasimha Barman I, his epithets were Mahamalla & Batapikonda and he created the Chariot Temple at Mahabalipuram.
Narasimha Barman II created the Kailasnath temple at Kanchi and his epithet was Nandi Barman. The last ruler of this dynasty was Aparajit Barman.
