The shadow of a pole measured from the foot of the pole is 2.8m long. If the distance
from the tip of the shadow to the tip of the pole is 10.5m then find the length of the
pole.

the answer is 10.12 m

Answer:

y^2 + 2.8^2 = 10.5^2

y^2 = 102.41

y = √102.41 = appr 10.12 m
