the shadow of a tower , standing on level ground , is found to be 45m longer when Sun's altitude is 30 degree than when it was at 60 degree. find the height of the tower.​

when the angle is 30° length of shadow is x+45. and length of tower will be (x+45)/√3

we know that height of tower is always same. so,

x√3=(x+45)/√3

3x=x+45

2x=45

x=22.5

height of the tower is x√3. that is 22.5√3
