Area of the rectangular part = length x breadth
=20×7=
140=
20×7=
140 sq m

Area of Semicircular portions:
 =п×r^2
= п × 7/2×7/2
= 11 × 7/2
= 77/2 cm^2

Perimeter of the shape =22+20+20=
62
=22+20+20
=62 metres

hope this helps you out!

area \: of \: a \: square \: = > 2 \times \frac{1}{2} \times \pi {r}^{2} \\ \\ = > \frac{22}{7} \times 3.5 \times 3.5 \\ \\ = > 11 \times 3.5 \\ \\ = 38.5 {m}^{2} \\ \\ \\ \\ area \: of \: a \: rectangle \: = > l \times b \\ \\ = > 13 \times 7 \\ \\ = > 91 {m}^{2} \\ \\
Total area =》
