longer side = shorter side + 1/2 of shorter side

so longer side= 3.6+(1/2 x 3.6)

=>3.6+1.8

=>5.4 cm

perimeter of parallelogram = 2 x (l+b)

=>(5.4+3.6) x 2

9 x 2 = 18 cm

therefore the perimeter = 18 cm
