Given :

  • Shortest side of rectangle (Breadth) = 20 cm
  • Perimeter of rectangle = 90 cm

To Find :

We have to find the largest side (Length) of the rectangle.

Solution :

We know the formula to calculate the perimeter of rectangle.

⟹ Perimeter = 2(Length + Breadth)

→ 90 = 2(Length + 20)

→ 90/2 = Length + 20

→ 45 = Length + 20

→ Length = 45 - 20

→ Length = 25 cm
