Answer Let the principal be P

And in question rate of interest is same 7%

Time in list case is 1-11/12=23/12

In 2nd case time is 1-7/12=19/12

And the difference given is 672

So P*7*23/1200……1st case s

P*7*19/1200……………….2nd case s

(P*7*23/1200)-(P*7*19/1200)=672

7 P(23/1200-19/1200)=672

7 P(4/1200)=672

7 P(1/300)=672

7 P/300=672

P/300=96

P=300*96=28800

SO principal is 28800 in both case ans

Answer:

let the sum be x

Si1=x*23*7/100*12

=161x/1200

Si2=19*7*x/100*12

=133x/1200

atq

161x-133x/1200=672

28x=672*1200

28x=806,400

x=28800

hope it helps you
