3x = 3(12) = 36

then cost of fencing = 2(48+36)×30

= ₹ 5,040

So, length of the park be 4x.

And breadth of the park be 3x.

Area = length × breadth.

=> 1728sq.m =( 4x)×(3x)

$= > \: 1728 {m}^{2} = 12 {x}^{2}$

$= > {x}^{2} = 144$

$= > \: x = 12m$

Length of the park = 4×12 =48m.

breadth of the park = 3×12 =36m.

Perimeter of the park = 2 (l+b)

=> 2 (48+36)

=> 2 (84)

=> 168m.

Cost for fencing the park = 30×168

= 5040rupees.
