1)side=700
$area \: of \: the \: square = ({side)}^{2}$

$\: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: = (700) {}^{2}$
=490000m sq.
2)the cost of 1m sq. is RS 5750
cost of 490000m sq.=490000×5750
= RS2817500000
