it's 24cm.
 \frac{1}{3}x  +  \frac{1}{4}x  +  \frac{1}{5}x = 94 \\   \frac{20x + 15x + 12x}{60}  = 94 \\  \frac{47x}{60}  = 94 \\ 47x = 94 \times 60 \\ x =  \frac{94 \times 60}{47}  \\ x = 2 \times 60 \\ x = 120 \\ therefore \: smalest \: side \:  =  \frac{1}{5} x \\  =  \frac{1}{5}  \times 120 \\  = 24cm

sol
 \frac{1}{3} . \frac{1}{4} . \frac{1}{5}
point means ratio
taking LCM of 3,4,5= 60
multiply 60 by 1/3,1/4,1/5
the 20:15:12
now
total ratio 20+15+12=47
a=20*94/47=40cm
b=15*94/47=30cm
c=12*94/47=24cm
