Area = √3/4 a²  = √3/4  x 100  =25√3 cm²

Side of an equilateral triangle = 10 cm

To find ---
Area of the triangle

We know that, area of equilateral triangle = √3/4 a², where a is the length of the side.

Then,

Area of the triangle =
 \frac{ \sqrt{3} }{4} \times {10}^{2}

 = \frac{ \sqrt{3} }{4} \times 100

 = \sqrt{3} \times 25

 = 25 \sqrt{3}

Hence, area of the ∆ = 25√3 cm²
