The side of the cell of an organism has no relationship with the size of the cell of its body Why?????

does the high and tall buildings are made from larger bricks i comparison of short houses ? its obviously not. same happens with the cell structure. cell is planed to work in a manner and does not require larger size in lagre bodies but yes like large large building have more bricks ,large bodies alsi have large no of cells
