hypotenuse =  sqrt [ ( 3x ) ^2 + ( 4x ) ^2 ]

                        sqrt [ 9x^2 + 16x^2]

                         sqrt [ 25x^2 ]

  hypotenuse  =  5x

length of the rectangle =  hypotenuse

l =  5x

b = 4/ 5 of length

   =  4 / 5  x  5x

b =  4x

perimeter of rectangle  = 180

 2 ( l + b ) = 180

  5x + 4x =  180 / 2

   9x  =  90

  x   =  90 / 9

  x   =  10

sides of triangle

    3x ,  4x , 5x

  3x  is the shortest side in right angled triangle

  3 x 10  =  30
