perimeter = 13.5
ratio = 2:3:4
let the ratio be in the form of x
=> 2x , 3x ,4x
then
2x+ 3x+ 4x = 13.5
9x = 13.5
x = 13.5/9
x = 1.5
therefore
sides are 3(2* 1.5) ,4.5(3* 1.5) and 6(4* 1.5)

let 2 be 2x and 3 be3x and 4 be 4x
so 2x+3x+4x=13.5x
9x=13.5
x=13.5/9
x=1.5
so number are 2x=(2*1.5)
3x=(3*1.5)
4x=(4*1.5)
