The sides of a rectangle are 20 and 15 cm. If each side is increased by 20%,find the percentage increase in the area.

see first find the area of rectangle of sides 20 and 15 cm and mark it as equation number 1. Now find the 20% of 20 and 15 and assuming that value as sides of rectangle and find the area. Now find the area increased by the new rectangle formed. Thank you
