new length of the rectangle=20+(20/100*20)=24cm

new breadth of the rectangle=15+(20/100*15)=18cm

new area of the rectangle=new length*new breadth=24cm*18cm=432cm^2

percentage of increase=300*x/100=432

3x+300=432

3x=432-300

3x=132

x=44%
