Answer:

Heya !!!!

Here's your answer =>=>

Perimeter = 90cm

Length of sides = 4:5

Let the common ratio be x

So the sides will be 4x and 5x

We know the sum of all sides of a rectangle = Perimeter

So 2 (4x) + 2 (5x) = 90

4x + 4x + 5x + 5x = 90

18x = 90

x = 90/18

x = 5

Hence, the length of the sides is ===

4x = 4 × 5 = 20cm

5x = 5 × 5 = 25cm

To find the area of this rectangle___Follow the given steps____

Area of rectangle = Length × Breadth

Length = 20cm

Breadth = 25cm

Area = L × B

Area = 20cm × 25cm

Area = 500 cm^2

Hope it will help you ☆▪☆

Answer:

Let, the length of the rectangle be, 4x

Then, the breadth of the rectangle, 5x .

It is Given that,

Sides of the Rectangle = 4 : 5 cm.

We know that,

Perimeter of the rectangle , 90 cm

As We know that,

Perimeter of the rectangle = 2(length + breadth)

Substituting the values in the above formula, we get,

90 = 2(4x + 5x)

90 = 2 × 9x

.

90 = 18x

x = 90/18

x = 5

Therefore, We got the value off x, 5 cm

Hence,

The length of the rectangle, 4x = 4 × 5 = 20 cm

Then, the breadth of the rectangle, 5x. = 5 × 5 = 25 cm.

Now,

Area of Rectangle = length x breadth

Substituting the values in the above formula, we get,

= 20 × 25

= 500

Therefore, the area of rectangle = 500 cm².
