let the length =4x
let the breath =3x
area of rectangular park = 1728m sq.
but area = length × breadth
4x×3x=1728
12x sq.=1728
xsq.=1728/12=144
x=12 m
length =4x=4×12=48m
breadth=3x=3×12=36m
perimeter =2 (l+b)
=2 (48+36)
=2×84
=168m
cost of fencing 1m=Rs30
cost of fencing 168m=30×168=5040 Rs
