Let the ratio be in x
Therefore, sides = 4 x and 3 x
Given, Area = 1728 m ^2

According to the question,
l × b =1728 m ^2
4x × 3x = 1728 m^2
12x^2 = 1728 m^2
x^2 = 1728 / 12 = 144m ^2
x = 12 m
Now length and breadth = 3× 12 =36m
=12× 4 = 48 m

Perimeter = 2(l+b)=2 (36+48) =168 m
Cost of fencing = 168 m × ₹30
=₹5040

let the sides be 4x and 3x,then area is 12x²
ATP... 12x²=1728 =>x²=1728/12 =>x²=144 =>x=√(144) =>x=12m
Perimeter of the park=2(l+b)=2(4x+3x)=2*7x =14x=14×12=168m
therefore cost of fencing=30×168=5040
Ans-Cost of fencing the park is rupee 5040.
