Breadth=3x

AREA=Length × Breadth

x²=1728/12
x²=144
x=√144
x=12

Length=4x=4×12=48 m
Breadth=3x=3×12=36 m

Fencing Around It means its Perimeter
Perimeter=2(L+B)
=2(48+36)
=2×84
=168 m

Per/Meter Cost=₹2.50
Total Cost=168×2.50
=₹420
