Let the length be 2a and width be 3a

Area = 150

=> Length × Width = 150

=> 2a × 3a = 150

=> 6a^2 = 150

=> a^2 = 25

=> a = 5

Length = 2 × 5 = 10 cm

Width = 3 × 5 = 15 cm
