Hi friend,

The area of triangle with 3 sides will be solved using Heron's formula.

√p(p-a)(p-b)(p-c)/2

Where p is a+b+c/2

Now let's start solving,

a=42cm
b=34cm
c=20cm

Now let's find p,

p= 42+34+20/2
p=96/2
p=48 cm

Now let's find area using Heron's formula,

√48(48-42)(48-34)(48-20)
√48(6)(14)(28)
√112896
=336 cm^2

I hope this is the answer.

Hope it helped you.................
