so s=p÷2
=975+1050+1125÷2
=3150÷2
=1575
area= Sq. root of s (s-a)(s-b)(s-c)
1575×600×525×450
=472500 m^2
1 hectare =10000m^2
so 472500m^2=47.25 hectare
Selling price= 1000×47.25
=47250
