Let the first side of triangle = x

Let the second side of triangle = 2x

Let the third side of triangle = 3x

Perimeter = 36

According to question :

x + 2x + 3x = 36
6x = 36
x = 36 / 6 = 6
x = 6

The first side of triangle = x = 6 cm

The second side of triangle = 2x = 2(6) = 12 cm

The third side of triangle = 3x = 3(6) = 18 cm

the ratio of sides of triangle is 1:2:3 therefore according to the question 1x+2x+3x=36
then 6x=36
x= 6
then sides of the triangle is 1( 6)=6, 2(6)=12, 3(6)=18.
hence sides of the triangle are 6cm,12cm and 18cm.
