Hey mate

Here's your answer

LET,THE SIDES OF A TRIANGLE BE

15x , 13x , 14x

HERE,

a = 15x

b = 13x

c = 14x

SO,

THE PERIMETER OF A TRIANGLE(2S) = 168CM

a + b. + c = 168

⇒ 15x + 13x + 14x = 168

⇒ 42x = 168

⇒ x = 4

∴ a = 15x = 15×4 =60

b = 13x = 13×4 =52

c = 14x = 14×4. =56

SEMI PERIMETER. (S)

= 168/2=84cm.

∴ AREA = √s (s - a)(s - b)(s - c)

= √ 84(84 - 60)(84-52)(84-56)

= √ 84× 24 × 32 × 28

= 1344cm²

Hope it's helpful for you ^-^

Have a good day ☺️

Answer:

  • 1,344cm^2

Step-by-step explanation:

Perimeter =Sum of the length of all the sides of the triangle

168cm=15x+13x+14x

168cm=32x

X=168/42

X=4cm

Sides of the triangle =15*4=60cm

13*4=52cm

14*4=56cm

Now area of the triangle by herons formula is

Root 84(84-60)(84-52)(84-56)

=root 84*24*32*28

=root 18,06,336

=1,344cm^2
