Ratio of sides= 2:3:4
Shortest side=6cm
2part==6cm
1part==3cm
Perimeter of a triangle = sum of sides
sides ratio 2:3:4
so,Perimeter=9parts
1part=3cm....so 9parts=9*3=27cm=Perimeter
OR
2==6cm
1==3cm
3==9cm
4==12cm
Sides=6cm,9cm,12cm
Perimeter= 6+9+12=27cm

Hey!

Let the three sides of triangle be 2k , 3k and 4k respectively. (given)

Perimeter of triangle= sum of all sides.
= 2k+3+4k= 9k.

It is clear that the shortest side = 2k.

Also shortest side = 6cm
So 2k = 6cm.
k=6/2=3cm.

Hence perimeter= 9k = 9×3= 27 cm.

Hope it helps.
