20 cm, 30 cm and 40 cm are the three sides of triangle.

Step-by-step explanation:

Let  2x, 3x and 4x be the three sides of triangle.

To find, the length of all three sides  triangle =

According to question,

4x=2x+20

4x-2x=20

2x=20

⇒ x=\dfrac{20}{2} =10

2x=2\times 10=20 cm,

3x=3\times 10=30cm and

4x=4\times 10=40cm

Hence, "20 cm, 30 cm and 40 cm" are the three sides of triangle.
