Area of triangular field=√s*(s-a)*(s-b)*(s-c). [heron's formula]
a,b,c are the sides of triangle.
s=975+1050+1125/2=1575
Area of triangular field=√1575*(1575-975)*(1575-1050)*(1575-1125)
area=√1575*600*525*450
area=√945000*236250
area=√223256250000
area=472500 m²
1 hectare = 10000 m²
Therefore, 472500m²=47.25 hectares
Selling price = 47.25*1000
Selling price= Rs.47250
