Let the sides of triangle be 7x,5x and 11x respectively.
perimeter=7x+5x+11x=23x=690 m
thus x=30 m
thus the sides are:- 210 m, 150 m and 330 m long
Using herons formula, we get the area:-
S= semi-perimeter = (210 + 150 + 330)/2 = 345
Area = sqrt(345(345-210)*(345-150)(345-330) ) = 11672

Altitude is calculated as follows:-
Altitude= 2*Area/Length of side
=2*11672/330=70.74 m long!

hope this helps!
