Let first side be 3x
Let second side be 5x
Let third side be 7x
Perimeter= 300
Therefore,
3x + 5x + 7x = 300
8x + 7x = 300
15x = 300
x = 300/ 15
x= 20
Therefore, the value of x= 20
1st side= 3x = 3× 20 = 60
2nd side= 5x = 5× 20 = 100
3rd side = 7x = 7× 20 = 140

Mhey mate here is your answer....
According to your question...
let length of the plot to be 3x,5x,7x respectively
perimeter=sum of all sides
300m=3x+5x+7x
300m=15x
300/15=x
20=x
now the sides of the triangle will be:
3x=60
5×=100
7×=140

according to heron's formula:
s=(a+B+c)÷2
s=(60+100+140)÷2
s=300÷2
s=150

area of triangle=
 \sqrt{s(s - a)(s - b)(s - c)}
 \sqrt{150(150 - 60)(150 - 100)(150 - 140) }

 \sqrt{150 \times 110 \times 50 \times 10}

 \sqrt{8250000}
=2872.28m^
hope it helps....
srry for delay
