let sides be 3x 5x and 7x

so,

3x +5x+7x=300m

15x=300

x=300/15

x=20

so 1st side =3x=60m

2nd=5x=100m

3rd=7x=140m

now area of triangle is

apply herons formula

under root s×s-a×s-b×s-c

where s=(perimeter/2)=300/2=150

so area=under sq.root 150×90×50×10

=under root 1750000
