28=2(2×+3+×+2)
28/2=3×+5
14-5=3×
9/3=×

perimeter of rectangle = 2[l+b] so 2(2x+3+x+2) = 28 now... 3x+5 =28/2 ...... 3x=14-5....... 3x=9..... x=3
