so 4x &3x let it be the length and breadth
l *b =area
4x *3x=area
=1728m
x=√(1728/12)
x=√144
x=12
l=4*12=48m
b=3*12=36m
2(l+b) is the perimeter
2(48+36)=168m=perimeter
1m=rs 30
168m= 168*30=rs504

Area= 1728 sq meters
As we know,
l×b = area
4x × 3x = 1728
12x = 1728
x = 1728/12 x = √144 = 12
know, l = 4x = 4×12 = 48m
b = 3x = 3×12 = 36
Now perimeter of rectangle = 2(l+b)
= 2(48+36)
=2×84
=168m
Now for fencing 1m = ₹30
That's why for fencing 168 = ₹30×168 = ₹5040
