Area of triangular ground =√10 (10-5) (10-7) (10-8)

                                           =√10 * 5 * 3 * 2

                                           =10√3

                                           =10 * 1.73 = 17.3 sq. m

Cost of levelling ground per sq. m = Rs. 40/ sq. m

Total cost = 17.3 * Rs. 10

                 =Rs. 173
