solution :-
As sides of two squares are in the ratio 2:3
let side of 1st square = 2x
and
side of second square = 3x
now,
we know that;
perimeter of square = 4a
where a is side of square.
here
perimeter of first square = 4*2x = 8x
and
perimeter of second square = 4*3x = 12x
=>the ratio between their perimeters = 8x / 12x
=> 2/3 => 2:3 Answer
