Given :-

The side of a triangle are in the ratio 4:7:9 .The perimeter of the rectangle is 400cm .

To Find :-

The sides of the triangle (∆)??

Solutions :-

Let's the sides of triangle be 4x,7x,9x...

The perimeter of the Rectangle = 400cm.

The equation will be,

  \\ \sf \large \: 4x + 7 x + 9x = 400

To solve the equation ,

  \\ \sf \large \:  =  > 4x + 7x + 9x = 400 \\  \\  \sf \large =  > 20x = 400 \\  \\  =  >  \sf \large \: x =  \cancel \frac{400}{20}  \\  \\  \ =  >  \sf \large \: x = 20

Required Answers ,

•The First side of the triangle = 4x=4×20=80cm

•The second side of the triangle =7x=20×7=140cm

•The third sides of the triangle =9x=20×9=180cm

Verification :-

First Side=80cm

Second side =140cm

Third side=180cm

Perimeter of a rectangle = a+b+c

=>80+140+180

=>400cm

Hence verified

.

Information:-

  \\ \sf \large \: perimeter = a + b + c \\  \\  \sf \large \:area =  \frac{ 1}{2}  \times l \times h \\  \\  \sf \large \: or \\  \\  \sf \large =  \sqrt{s(s - a)(s - b)(s- c)}
