Answer:

let the sides be 5x , 12x , 13x

perimeter of triangle = a+ b + c

where a, b , c are sides of Δ

=> a + b + c = 150

5x + 12x + 13x = 150

30x = 150

x = 5

sides of Δ = 25m , 60m , 65m

area of triangle = √ [ s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c) ] (heron's formula )

where s = a + b + c /2 = 25+60+65/2 = 70

and a , b , c are sides

so area = √ [ 70( 70-25)(70-60)(70-65) ]

= √ [ 70(45)(10)(5) ]

= √ [ 157,500 ]

= 150√7 m^2
