Hi dear,
here is ur solution
Let the the principle 100rs
SI rate =8%
simple inter. in 3 years= (100×8×3)/100
=24
according to question
24rs=96rs
1rs=96/24
100=4×100=400
so the principle amount is 400
then
S.I. rate =9%
Sim.inte.for 2 years= (400×9×2)100=72rs
so the amount will be =400+72=472
I hope it will help u. -Thanks

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

Rt%=8×3=24%

Rt%=9×2=18%

Difference is 6% which is equal to 96.

Therefore 1%= 16

Hence 100%=1600.
