let breadth be 4x
and, length be 5x

4x × 5x = 18000
20x = 18000
x = 18000/20
x= 900

▪x= 900 m

▪length = 4500m
▪breadth = 3600m

▪perimeter = 2(l+b)= 2(4500+3600) => 2(8100) => 16200m^2

▪cost of fencing for 1 m = rs 4
▪cost of fencing 16200 m^2 = 16200×4 =>rs 64,800
