yes it is true the size of the depends upon the function not the size of the body. like the RBCs are disc shaped and Nerve cells are elongated in both the organisms rat and elephant.Hence the size of cell depends upon function.

Yes, The size of cell of an organism has no relation with the size of its body. The size of the cell don't matter. It's always the number of cells. If the organism is unicellular, it is very microscopic.
