The sky appeara dark to passentorn flying at very high altitudes mainly
because
(a) Seattering of light is not enough at such height
(b) There is no ntmosphere at great heights
The size of molecules is smaller than the wavelength of visible light
(d) The light gets scattered towards the earth​

AAt higher altitude, particles of air and dust are very elss so scattering effect is sparse.
