the slant height of a cone is 10 cm and its base radius is 8 cm. Find total surface area of the cone.

radius(r)=8cm
slant height(l)=10cm

TSA of cone=πr(l+r)
=22/7×8(10+8)
=22/7×8(18)
=22/7×144
=3168/7
=452.57cm²

Hey buddy here is ur solution !!

Slant height (l) = 10 cm

Radius (r) = 8cm

Here,

TSA of cone = pie × r ( l + r )

( also pie = 22/7 )

Now by putting the values in formula ,

TSA of cone =

22/7 × 8 ( 10 + 8)

22/7 × 8 (18)

22/7 × 144

452.57 cm^2
