Answer: let, y²=ax³+b _____eq(1)

{Pt. (-1,1)} (1)²=a(-1)³+b

1=-1a+b____eq(2)

Diff. W.r.to x

2y.dy/dx= a.3x² + 0

2y.da/dy = 3ax²

dy/dx= 3ax²/2y

Pt. At (-1,1)

3a(-1)/2(1)

3a/2

2x-y=0

Y=-2x. --->y=-2(-1)

Y=2

2=3a/2

a=4/3

Put in eq 2

1=-1a+b

1=-1(4/3)+b

b = -1 (4/3) -1

b = -4-3/3

b = 7/3
