From prime factorisation method of 192

192 =  {2}^{6}  \times 3

192 =  { {(2}^{2} )}^{3}  \times 3

Now divide it with 3 , it mean 3 and 3 will be cancelled

So,

 { ({2}^{2} )}^{3}  =  {2}^{4}  = 64

So 64 is a perfect cube...

Therefore, 3 is the smallest number by which 192 must be divided to obtain a perfect cube.
