Find the Prime Factors:

12 = 2² x 3

14 = 2 x 7

18 = 2 x 3²

Find the LCM:

LCM = 2² x 3² x 7 = 252

⇒ The number that is divisible by 12, 14 and 18 is 252

Take away 5 from the number::

Number = 252 - 5 = 247

Answer: The number is 247
